What is included in the room rate?

Buffet breakfast, parking, access to the private beach and pool, use of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool, beach towels, bike rental, complimentary wireless internet access in the rooms and throughout the Hotel. 

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Since all sensitive data is encrypted to keep it protected, the hotel room reservation process is absolutely safe.

Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the price of one night stay, as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive an email confirmation listing the details of your reservation.

How can I cancel/modify my reservation?

All reservations made through our website, except special promotions, can be changed or cancelled by 4pm up until two days prior to arrival without penalty.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?

In case of no show, early departure and/or change/cancellation after 4pm of the second day prior to arrival, a penalty of up to 3 nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.

What time is check in/check out?

Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 11am. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand- they’ll be delighted to help.

Can we check out in the evening?

Should you require your room after 11am, please let us know in advance.

Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?

A private parking is exclusively available to all our guests free of charge.

Do you provide baby cribs in the room?

A child under 2 years of age stays free of charge in the cot/crib.
Starting from 2 years of age, a child pays the full price.
In the case where the presence of babies or children has already been indicated in the reservation, the rate includes their stay.
Failure to notify in advance the presence of babies or children may incur in additional charges at the Hotel.

Do you offer services for the physically challenged?

No there are no specially equipped rooms or areas. 

Does the Hotel have smoking rooms?

Smoking and no smoking rooms are available. At your disposal also vegan, vegetarian, organic and celiac proposals.

Do your rates include breakfast?

Yes, our American buffet breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet and savory items, is included in the rate.

When is breakfast served?

Our signature American buffet breakfast is served every morning between 8.00am and 11.00am, and can be enjoyed poolside on our magnificent terrace.

Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?

In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we offer organic, vegan, vegetarial and gluten-free products.

Does Bellevue Hotel provide internet access?

Wireless internet access is available in the rooms and throughout the Hotel free of charge for the duration of the stay. Please contact Reception to obtain your password and enjoy limitless, complimentary internet access.

How much do you charge for internet access?

Wireless internet access is absolutely free for our guests at Hotel Bellevue.

Do you allow pets in the Hotel?

Small, medium and large-sized pets are allowed. A daily charge of 20 Euros and 100 Euros fee for final cleaning will apply for small dogs, while for medium and large dogs the daily supplement of 30 euros plus 130 euros of final cleaning. We would like to remind you that pets, provided that kept to the leash, are allowed in all areas of the hotel (except in the public beach to the sea for prohibition of the City of Jesolo). Our staff will be happy to assist you with any special request. We recommend informing us in advance if you’re planning to stay with your pet.

What is the cost of the sun lounger on the beach?

The lounge chairs at the beach are available free of charge exclusively to our guests at Hotel Bellevue. A lounger on the beach and an umbrella can be reserved at an extra charge.

What is the cost of a sun lounger by the pool?

Sun loungers by the pool are completely free of charge and exclusively reserved for our guests.
The poolside cabanas with 4 sun loungers with cushions and 1 towel per person can be booked at an additional cost.

Do you offer particular services dedicated to children?

Playground, kids menu, Family room, baby food preparation and a baby-sitting service available upon request at additional charge.

Do you have rooms with sea view?

Yes, some rooms enjoy a side or direct sea view; others have stunning views of the park. Our staff is always available for any special request, depending on availability.

Do you offer bicycle rental?

Free bike rental is available to our guests who wish to explore Jesolo and its surroundings.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes. 24 hours advance notice is required when requesting this service.

Do you have Room Service?

Yes, Room service is available 24/7 with a surcharge of 15€.
